1. The service

babyeugene (the "Service") is an AI ad-generation platform operated by Piston Software LLC (the "Company", "we", "us") at babyeugene.com. The Service uses third-party AI vendors (Anthropic, Atlas Cloud, ElevenLabs) to generate video advertisements from a script you supply.

2. Your account

You must create a workspace and be 18+ to use the Service. You are responsible for activity on your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring scripts you submit don't infringe third-party rights.

3. Billing & credits

The Service is sold as a monthly subscription billed via Stripe — Starter ($99), Pro ($299), and Team ($499) per month — each granting a fixed allotment of generation credits per cycle. Credits do not roll over. Generation operations (storyboard, cast, frames, video) consume credits; voice, music and final stitching are included. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive political deepfakes, or otherwise violates our vendors' policies (which we pass through). We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or its rate limits.

5. IP & ownership

You retain ownership of inputs you submit (scripts, brand imagery, references) and of the generated outputs, subject to our vendors' content policies. You grant us a limited license to process those inputs to provide the Service.

6. Vendor dependencies

The Service depends on third-party AI vendors. Their availability, pricing, and content policies may change. We'll do our best to keep things working but can't guarantee uninterrupted generation.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.
